‘Women in STEM: Med-Tech Innovators’ on February 27, panel discussion sponsored by HINJ and Rutgers’ Medical Device Development Center

Please join the Rutgers Biomedical Engineering Medical Device Development Center and the HealthCare Institute of New Jersey (HINJ) on Thursday, February 27 for “Women in STEM: Med-Tech Innovators,” the fourth in the Rutgers-HINJ 2017-2018 series of educational panels and seminars that focus on the medical device industry.

The event, which will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Rutgers University’s Fiber Optics Auditorium on Busch Campus in Piscataway, will include a panel discussion on industry careers for women in STEM. 

Among the speakers will be…

  • Theresa Scheuble, Director of R&D, Janssen;
  • Marion van Werven-Franssen, Senior Director, Continuous Improvement and Innovation, Janssen; and
  • Janet Burpee, CEO, Burpee Medsystems.
