New Brunswick, NJ, December 16, 2015 ― The HealthCare Institute of New Jersey (HINJ), the Rx4NJ Partnership and We Work for Health New Jersey (WWFH-NJ) hosted a health policy forum yesterday that focused on “The Value of Medical Innovation: Saving Lives, Saving Money.”
Speakers at the morning event, which was held at the Forsgate Country Club in Monroe Township, were:
- Michael Ybarra, M.D., FAAEM, Senior Director, Alliance Development, Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA)
- Dean J. Paranicas, President and Chief Executive Officer, HINJ
Dr. Ybarra and Paranicas presented a fact-driven presentation of PhRMA’s “Prescription Medicines: Costs in Context.”
