harmFest, a premier forum that explores emerging issues and trends in the biopharmaceutical and medical technology industry.
“PharmFest 2014: The Decade Ahead” will be held on Thursday, April 3 in the Conference Center on the campus of Montclair State University.
Keynote addresses will be presented by John Castellani, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Pharmaceutical and Research Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) and Dr. Richard Evans, Founding Partner and Research Analyst at Sector & Sovereign Research, LLC and author of Health and Capital.
Panel discussions will include “Exploring New Paradigms in Drug Discovery,” “Future Targets and Challenges in Biopharmaceutical Research,” and “Quality and Efficiency in the U.S. Healthcare System – Pharmaceutical, Provider, Payer.”
Commenting on PharmFest 2014, HINJ President and Chief Executive Officer Dean J. Paranicas said, “PharmFest provides a unique opportunity for students, academicians and industry professionals to come together to discuss the latest advancements in drug discovery, the evolving life sciences business model and the challenges and opportunities provided by the changing health care system.”
