September 11, 2025 ― Today, HINJ submitted the attached comments to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services regarding their Proposed Rule 1832-P Medicare and Medicaid Programs: Calendar Year 2026 Payment Policies under the Physician Fee Schedule and Other Changes to Part B Payment and Coverage Policies.
These comments were filed in opposition to potential changes to the Bona Fide Service Fee (BFSF) calculation in Part B, and the significant impacts those proposed changes would have on manufacturing, supply and logistics chains and patient access. Please see comments here.
