HINJ presented a special award to Robert S. Prezant, Ph.D., who, during his career at Montclair State University, founded PharmFest. This biennial conference is designed to explore the current issues and trends that impact the biopharmaceutical, medical technology and health sectors as well as broaden awareness of the future state of the life sciences industry, particularly in New Jersey. In July 2017, Dr. Prezant became the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs at Southern Connecticut State University.
